I LOVE making Goulash on a cold winter day. My dad used to make it all the time & the love of it has been passed on to me.

1 pound elbow macaroni
2 pound ground round ( can also use ground turkey)
1 large onion diced
1/2 small green pepper diced
2-3 tablespoons minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
2 large cans of diced or stewed tomatoes in tomato juice

1. Brown ground meat with the onion, pepper and garlic.
2. Add canned tomatoes w/ juice
3. Let simmer for about 1-2 hrs
4. Cook Macaroni
